Terms of Service

Last updated October 22, 2026 · Operated by BriskNest US LLC, Texas, USA

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NestQueue (the "Service"), including the website at nestqueue.com, the web app, customer portals, the chat widget and the installable app. The Service is provided by BriskNest US LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("BriskNest", "we", "us"). By creating a workspace or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

1. Your account and workspace

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity in your workspace. Workspace owners decide who is invited and what role (admin, agent or customer) each person has. Tell us promptly at hassan.azhar@brisknest.us if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Free setup period and paid plans

New workspaces include a 7-day free setup period with no card required. To keep using the Service after that period, a paid plan is required. Plan prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with at least 30 days' notice. Fees are billed in advance. Refunds and cancellations are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If a workspace is not upgraded, it may be locked; data is retained for a reasonable period so you can upgrade or export it.

3. Payments you collect

If you sell event tickets or other items through the Service, payments are processed by PayPal under PayPal's own terms. You are the merchant of record for those sales and are responsible for your prices, refunds, taxes and customer obligations. BriskNest does not store your customers' card details.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the tickets, messages, articles, files and other content you or your customers submit ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process and display Customer Content only as needed to provide and support the Service. You are responsible for having the right to submit Customer Content and for complying with laws that apply to it.

5. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In short, you agree not to: use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or infringing activity; send spam or unsolicited bulk messages; upload malware; attempt to access other workspaces or bypass security or rate limits; resell the Service without our permission; or use it to store data that requires special regulatory handling (such as protected health information under HIPAA or payment card data) unless we have agreed to that in writing.

6. Live demos

Demo workspaces contain fictional companies and sample data, are shared with other visitors and are reset regularly. Do not enter real personal or confidential information in a demo. Demo emails are never sent and demo payments are simulated.

7. Third-party services

The Service can connect to third-party services you choose, such as Google or Microsoft mailboxes, Google sign-in, PayPal and push notification providers. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and secure but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that reduce core functionality of a paid plan.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment or to prevent harm to the Service or others. After termination you may request an export of your Customer Content within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. BriskNest will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If changes are material we will notify workspace owners by email or in the app before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
