This Privacy Policy explains how BriskNest US LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("BriskNest", "we", "us"), handles personal information when you visit nestqueue.com or use NestQueue (the "Service").

Two roles we play

For our own customers (people who create and run workspaces) we decide how their account information is used. For the content in a workspace (tickets, chats, customer contacts) we act on behalf of the workspace owner, who decides what is collected and why. If you contacted a company that uses NestQueue, please direct privacy requests to that company first; we will help them respond.

Information we collect

Account details: name, email, company name, workspace address, role and password (stored only as a secure hash), or your Google profile basics if you sign in with Google.
Workspace content: tickets, messages, chat transcripts, attachments, knowledge base articles, event orders and related contact details.
Connected mailboxes: if an admin connects a Google or Microsoft mailbox, we access messages only to turn them into tickets and send replies.
Payments: event ticket and plan payments are handled by PayPal. We receive order references and status, not full card numbers.
Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages used, timestamps, and push notification subscriptions if you enable notifications.
Contact form: the details you send us when you request setup help.

How we use information

To provide, secure and support the Service; to authenticate users; to send service emails and notifications you or your admin turned on; to process payments; to prevent abuse and enforce limits; to improve the product; and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information and do not use workspace content for advertising.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, protect forms against forgery and remember preferences such as theme and text size. Our website analytics are self-hosted and cookie-free: we count page views using a daily-rotating, one-way hash of your IP address and browser that cannot be used to identify you or follow you across days or sites. If you arrive through a campaign link we record its source (for example utm_source) and attach it to a new workspace signup so we know which marketing works.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service (hosting, email delivery, push notifications, PayPal, and Google or Microsoft when you connect them), when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer with notice to you.

Retention

We keep account and workspace data while the workspace is active and for a limited period afterward so it can be restored or exported, then delete it. Demo workspaces are reset regularly and should never contain real data.

Security

We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, per-workspace data isolation, role-based permissions, rate limiting and audit logs. No system is perfectly secure, so please report concerns to us promptly.

Your choices and rights

You can update your profile in the app, turn notifications on or off, and ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK) you may have additional rights; we will honor them as required by law. Contact us at hassan.azhar@brisknest.us.

Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.

International

The Service is operated from the United States, and information is processed there.

Changes

We will post updates here and change the date above; material changes will be notified to workspace owners.
